Than went and played some Pokemon go. About a year ago that would have ment 8 hours or more of Pokemon go. Now it's 30 Mins to a hour.

So My Daughter Mom Message Me And Ask If Bre Could talk to her brother and I said yes. Than had to wait almost 20 mins for him to call that pissed me off. If he going to call and I said yes have him call right away. I had something to do don't got time to wait around for b.s. 

Forgot to say something when we got home after are trip to town. A train going by with new army trucks went by and it was alot is there a war about to happen. Just a question 

If bre and my mom are talking to each it makes me mad that my mom comes in tells me about it. It's between you and her not you and her and me. Than she wonder why the kids get mad it's because of that kinda of stuff. 

TREADMILL TIME WAS GREAT 

Just Spent A Hour On The Treadmill. Had To Take it Slow Because My Foot Started Crapping Up. Will Go Harder Tomorrow. I was down 7 Pounds last week I will check in the middle of every week and let you no. Thanks everyone that has pushed me and been nice to me it means alot.
